Operation of our delegated authorities (we act as insurer, making decisions on their behalf including payment of some claims) helps us to ensure this is achieved in the most efficient manner.

It is important that we are advised of a claim as soon as possible. It is a requirement that all insurance claims are notified within 30 days of the incident occurring.
